The music on "Fair Skye" was created originally for the Sacred Lens recording "Healing Light" as accompaniment to the magical and physically healing guided imagery of Dr. Jan Berlin, and is now being released on its own. Turning to her Armenian roots, much of the text on "Fair Skye" is written and sung in Armenian, a lush and passionate language that lends itself to the spiritual nature of this release. For lisbeth "Fair Skye" represents her first journey into the world that combines both healing and music, her two greatest passions. Using the rich cello stylings of Nathn Barr, the intuitive and emotional fiddle playing Gave Witcher, and the lyrically organic flute work of Darryn Songbird, Lisbeth builds a beautiful tapestry of sound, the foundation of which is her own work on piano, guitar, harmonium, and of course, voice. "Fair Skye" is the perfect welcome to the dreamy, sensuous, and super-natural world of this truly unique artist...
